Most likely because of this:

:rolleyes:

Thread: Can't apply pose mats to hair | Forum: Carrara
There's another workaround to this, if you're up to play with a text editor and the pz2-files for the hair colors.
Open up the desired pz2-file in notepad etc, and check the line that comes right underneath the version number.
It should look like this:
{
**version
{
number 5
}
actor figureHair
**The "actor" is the part that prevents loading a texture. If you replace it with "prop" and save the pz2-file under another name, it loads and works fine.
I'm having this issue with a few hairs, as well as some I do know worked before a Carrara6something update, but ever since Carrara seems to ignore that prop-command me thinks.

Thread: Fantasy Forest missing it's objs, no response from vendor. | Forum: MarketPlace Customers
These objs in the props folder the product asks for are object primitives that come with Poser, so unless you have Poser installed on your machine you won't have them.

Now that would be hilarious....think he comes with his own fish tank?
They just hate it when you tap on the glass :lol:
:lol: Well, at least there's space enough in the TARDIS to make it a huuuuge tank...

Quote - The thing is.... bearing in mind that the real Dr didn't know his daughter when they met.. is she the daughter of the real Dr... or the daughter of the... not so real Dr and the species of flora.. who came back from the future to meet the real Dr in the past..???
Wouldn't she have to do border crossing as well then? trying hard not to spoil much from the finale....failing miserably....

I wasn't worried by the goodbye with the person who sounds like a species of flora... that one got what it deserved.
The one that made me feel sad was the goodbye with the one that sounds (looks ?) like a Turkish sandwhich.
That was the one that had me shed a tiny tear, too (that second Good Bye). For the first Good Bye, I can't help thinking that I would feel kind of cheated (and people might think of the Flora One as they wish L Myself I think she's not that bad - but I might be the only one!) if I were in her place... (yeah, yeah I know, too much female imagination and time at hand or something like that! g )

Yep, I did read that!

Bwtr's trick helped, and I had to re-download the textures again. L
Works like a charm now!

Kun, you can mask the HDRI background if you add a background color: Under Scene, go to Backdrop and choose "color", that masks the HDRI image.
Off to try my hand on that dreaded ivy again! L
