YEP! THAT'S IT!! I used Chrome instead of IE 11....and the credit links WORKED properly! So the programmers have abandoned IE 11 coding... grrrr!!! oh well, I keep Chrome just for situations like this. STILL HATE IT...but... sigh.

I did try that too.... gave up... but recently I was FORCED to download Chrome to purchase my groceries on line (on a regular desktop computer) so the site would function properly. I have Chrome installed as NOT my default browser...so when I have time, I will log in here with Chrome and see if that allows for the fields to work...stay tuned!

well like a dog with a bone.... I kept stumbling about trying to figure it out...and apparently it IS converting...once I figured out what to point it TO... it creates a folder called MyConversion both in the runtime-poses and in runtime-Textures...I opened one of the body maps in photoshop and there were NO demo words on it, so I GUESS it's working!?

I'll convert all the items in each folder (eyes lips, etc.) and then try them on Dawn...of course there will be NO real SSS nodes so I'll have to start with my own Dawn skin character that already has SSS in/on it, and manually substitute the maps... then save THAT as a new mc6.... so...

Hmmm but obviously, I'll have to move the files to another folder...or a sub folder with the character's name on it....so that when I start a whole new one, and it tosses the maps into the original MyConversion folder, those won't get all mixed up?! Could be quite confusing when trying to apply the right png textures for a given character... (now I'm confusing myself) :/

Still a LOT of work...but maybe I'm on the right track?!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You can move this thread to a more proper forum if you need to...like maybe the Poser forum itself? I have no idea...the TT forum makes no sense to me (it's posts) so that's why I came "here".

PS I have NO idea what to do with it. and the V2.exe still asks for a cr2!? So how does it do ALL the textures of a skin set? I'm lost!

JUST tried again to get the artist's credits to work... simply does NOT work for me. Guess I'll have to give up using that. Sorry, Marketplace, I tried!

ok... got my downloads fine...

another thing that happened a couple weeks ago, is that I could NOT get my site mail to allow me to type an initial message in... NOW finally that part IS working... all this tells me that things are going on behind the scenes.... I WISH the programmers would NOT fix what is not broken!! I was able to make lots of product links FOR YOU, and your store, before the gallery upload change. sigh. sigh. sigh.

well... it's STILL does not work ... I tried AGAIN with new art... it's not like I don't WANT to help Rendo...but.... !?

credits in gallery upload form aren't working...it won't activate the choice of products! & yes know my merchant's name!! I use IE 11 which has always worked here...I won't change that... :(

Ugly, can't find things...all business, no draw for ARTISTIC PEOPLE!!! HARD to negotiate ...hate the dry ugly marketplace look... where IS the Prime Forum?? Really guys, it was fine before and I FINALLY STARTED SPENDING MORE here...now I'm lost and put off...WHERE IS THE "POSER ONLY CATAGORY" in the marketplace?? I HATE trying to find POSER products among the DS products, so I just leave ... :(

Sorry was not clear...folks were complaining about the quality of the HUMANS included with new poser versions...and I'm like... why care about those, when the BEST (in my humble opinion) is Dawn Dusk, etc... just wish folks would support Dawn and Dusk with a good range of characters/skins... looks at my favorite character creators: Maddelirium, Seven, Addy, Silver...

OK, WOW! I just now joined Prime (and I could use the coupon on it?! THANKS Team!!!!!!!!!) so I could buy MORE **Poser content **on special Prime sale prices (Apple Jack's stuff) when I realized that Prime is at such a good price... and NOW, my 'pending points' are REALLY high, so soon I can use more rewards too....YAY!!!!!!

PS, been writing Thank You for making Poser content notes to the merchant's who's Poser products I'm buying.... :)

Just to be clear, I've often told DS artists in a message, how I WISH my brain would 'work' with DS, that I LOVE their art, the gorgeous lighting, the amazing quality... recently I downloaded and tried (AGAIN) to get my brain to understand DS...and just had SADLY to give up... it's my brain connections (or dis-connections) that are the problem, or I would be using BOTH softwares....

So for me, now, it's the limited time I have to do 3d art, my age, my life stuff that makes it easier to continue what I 'grew up with' (ie: poser since poser 2 for PC).... AND I love Rendo, it's been my 'home' for nearly that long too... I'm just speaking up for the need for content... and especially CHARACTERS for Dawn and Dusk...

PS... I DO talk to poser makers, people trying to work in it...the programmers are going to do what THEY want to do (one reason I will NOT go to Poser 11- for ME it does not give me the things I would like poser to do!...kinda like when Mircosoft makes a new version of Windows... sometimes it's a DOG of a thing they try and force on folks, and sometimes it's great... I think PERSONALLY that SmithMicro stumbled with P11 - especially NOT making it totally backward compatible...changing the material room, the way pythons work, etc... BUT that's another thread topic.)

I just grabbed your roses head crown (cause I can make the horns invisible in material room, I'm sure) and I have bought some of your other products. Hair made for V4 can very often be fitted fast and easily to Dawn. Thanks for your products! :)
