Voxel, ha?
I'd love to see some high quality Voxel clouds some day.
Good luck with selling your product.
kind regards,
Paul
Thread: Segestions for enproving this? thanks!! | Forum: Vue
suggestions:
Use sub surface scattering if it's included in Vue esprit
add a blue hue to the ice color
make the water color darker
have the ripples on the water stand out more
try reducing FoVÂ in the camera settings and check

Paul

Quote - so, no know tech coudl allow that. theoretically i't spossible with some weird antigravity where you are within your "own relative gravity well"
but such tech and power sources would be vaslty beyond our own
so either someone found some amazing leap forward in tech
or it's aliens
or it's something beyond our current comprehension (like seeing things occuring in another universe because of their power source "bleeding through" into ours)
Yup that is roughly how they work.
They float within their own huge magnetic field and then they amplifie their generators to whichever direction they wish to go. Then they simply let themselves be pulled by it.
You can find many videos where there are stars and then another kind of "stars" that'll go fast like satelites but making instant, right angle turns. Those are the kind of advanced magnetic craft we're talking about.
What do you think this is?
These are two huge magnetic fields of advanced craft, moving through the sky. You can see the plus pole which is the underside of the craft, where the mass accumulates in the middle and the minus pole at the top which pushes the cloudmass out of the way. As IÂ said most of them are not visible until atleast in the infrared light spectrum and they are tracked by ground and air radar operators all the time but they are told to make no buzz about it or else. This systematic cover-up works on blackmail, layer through layer in society.
So you see this huge scam going on: humanity looking for life in space, when in reality the bipedal humanoid extraterrestrials have been here on and off Earth for atleast ten thousand years and worshipped in many cultures as gods.
Our modern mainstream scientific mindset has become like a religion with it's own strict set of beliefs that are nowhere near where the evidence of the reality of things is. And most people don't want to change their minds now because it is too painful to accept the fact that we have been living a lie for decades.

Paul

I have been researching these topics for the last 6-7 years.
The triangles you wrote of, Silverblade are all over the place in the united states. There are several sources stating these craft are built in the United States. And because there have been many ongoing treaties with the well known extraterrestrial tyrants (commonly known under greys, reptilians etc.) for the last 60+ years, many of the underground corporations (who pretend they're government) who work in conjunction with these extraterrestrials and their agendas, now own this kind of technology that is completly out of the scope of the public.
Regarding the purpose of the triangle craft: from all the data IÂ could gather it's a serveillance and abduction/personal transportation scoutcraft.
But there are have also been reports of bigger ones, in fact some of them so big they'd fill the entire sky of the observe if they were low enough. The reason they are only visible at night most of the time is because they block out the stars, and at daytime they are only visible in the infra-red light spectrum and they have been observed using 3rd gen night vision devices.
People are now discussing these topics, taboo'd by The System, in many forums, which means that the general state of ignorance is finally breaking down.
If you like passive psychic arts by the way, try remote viewing, it's a lot of fun and everybody can do it. Most of you will be astounded that you can actually gather real data from anywhere/anytime in the space & time continuum, just with your mind. This is a great training site for remote viewing:Â http://www.dojopsi.com/tkr/ and forum: http://www.dojopsi.info/forum/index.php
In fact the CIAÂ has admitted of using Remote Viewing to spy on the Russians in the cold war.

Thread: Imports triangulate, problem texturing | Forum: Vue
Nope, nothing is solved.
This is +4 quality subdivision, smoothed mesh and this is the endresult of texturing a foreign spherical object. IÂ really think a program as advanced as Vue should do better. There must be a way.
Just look at what Vue does to my basic sphere exported from C4D. See those diagonal lines and shadows? Those are artifacts from the artificial triangles vue imposes over imported objects.
Thread: Imports triangulate, problem texturing | Forum: Vue
UPDATE:
Using DYNAMICÂ SUBDIVISIONÂ on foreign objects in Vue seems to get rid of the problem!
This is solved for the time being!!
Thread: Imports triangulate, problem texturing | Forum: Vue
Nope doesnt help.
This is pretty devastating for what I'm trying to do here.
Here is a comparison:
On the left is a sphere created inside Vue. On the right you see a .3ds sphere imported and triangulated upon import. Both textures are the same and applied over the whole sphere (a procedural created inside vue) and applied inside Vue 8. The problem persists if smoothing the object is turned off.
I can even send you this scene if you wish.
Now IÂ can't do what IÂ looked so forward to doing - importing simple models and texturing them in Vue using Vue's own textures :(
kind regards,
Paul

Thread: Daz3D/Poser import textures too? | Forum: Vue
Quote - What .obj are you trying to import into Vue? If you have it set up for Poser imports you should be able to import it and then use Vue to find the textures for it.
Ok I've done it. I downloaded Daz Studio unregistered and managed to load the .cr2 file with which the model is supposed to eb loaded. I let Daz Studio export the model and copy it's maps. Working like a charm now.
Thread: Daz3D/Poser import textures too? | Forum: Vue
Ok update on this.
Â
I also found the .pz2 files of it. For Vue I need to make it a .pz3 apparently.
So now I'll either download Poser or Daz Studio hoping that upon conversion it has full texture links.
I've always had HUGEÂ texture mess importing .3ds files...
Thread: Out of memory errors on renders > 1024 X 600 | Forum: Vue
Displacement mapping. It's virtually useless on a 32 bit platform. Even though 32bit can have 4 gigabytes of RAM, Windows XP 32 is only able to allocate 1,2gigabyte per allocation. Exceeding that limit, the application will crash. Forget about the 3gigabyte switch, that is but a dream.
I've had a displacement of pebbles for a couple of hundred meters (quality +2) in Vue7 x64 with 4 gigabyte of RAM and the commit charge spiked to 7000 (extending the page file) in a matter of seconds.
Thread: Vue poll | Forum: Vue
I guess most people here are just traditional artists. Afterall the render business has begun some 10 years ago or so.
I've been able to produce decent images after a quarter of year because for the regular family man it would mean 2+ years. Some people like me just have too much time on their hands.
I came to Vue if i remember correctly, because when IÂ got Crysis I read that it was the first game to use real-time ambient occlusion SSAO. This got me interested in fullscale rendering and so IÂ must've ended up with Vue.
Let me tell you though, the 8 months I played around with Vue in 32bit was NOTÂ much fun, even though IÂ had 4 gigabyte in the machine. Do yourself the favour, you deserve Win XP64!

I see. It appears to be a regional or ISPÂ issue then.

Thread: how easy is Vue to use | Forum: Vue
It's not like a 3Dsmax.
Vue is like lego for grown ups, once you understand the system your only limiter becomes imagination/creativity aswell as RAM.
