Thread: reverse engineering with Tailor? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I have Wardrobe Wizard, but my ultimate goal is an injectable "full-body" morph for the clothing object. I don't think there's a way to accomplish that with WW?
Thread: Can I change my username please? | Forum: Community Center
I'm interested in the answer to this question, too. My e-mail, website, and whole 'merchanting theme' fits together, except for my R'osity username. I'd even pay a fee (if it were modest, heh) to get this done. It's driving me crazy!
Thread: Looking for a Recommendation | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I have P6, and I'd love to know how! I've tried doing a bit of hue/saturation/recoloring on the ILA textures in Photoshop, but I seem to end up with grey areas in the texture that just don't look nice at all. Wrong technique, I guess. IM me?
Thread: P6 Nodes in MAT Poses | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
You are quite right, R_Hatch. :D I, personally, find the P6 nodes to be absolutely revolutionary - so very many really beautiful effects are possible, and judicious use of the nodes can turn a nice texture map into an awesome one. But... alot of people are afraid of the material room (myself included until not long ago). Having Pose files allows a user to have the familiar way to a new mat pose, but allows me to sneak in my nifty tweaks. Thank you very much for the tips everyone! I'm surprised something like this hasn't been asked before. Addendum to your wishlist: A more efficient 'pose-handling' system than just the Pose folder! Having morph poses, mat poses, pose-poses etc etc mishmashed together is a pain in the patzeroni. Thanks guys!
Thread: recommend some hair? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Sapphire Fox Hair has a million morphs, butit's very difficult to get upside-down effectively. Frankly theeasiest solution would probably be the Ultimate Ponytail - ponytails are way easier to make go upside-down. Samiya's ponytail by AerySoul also hasbuilt-in upside-down morphs. Egypt hair has some options that might be useful (check out EgyptHair Steps by Shahara for ideas on what it can do). Also, I don't have it yet butWild Hair looks like it has alot of possibilities for messy 'dos, possibly even upside-down or near-upside-down effect. The closest I've been able to come was with SFH and I masked the pokethroughs and weirdness with dramatic lighting (Burlesque-Boa in my gallery). Hope that helps some!
Thread: Where, oh where, has the Baron Vlad Harkonnen gone? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I was wondering the same thing a few days ago - I bought something of his, then came back the next day to buy something else, and 3/4 of the store was gone! The fetish theory doesn't make sense, because 4 out of the 9 items left are fetish/vinyl/gothic intimiate types. And several of the ones that are goine (and coincidentally the ones I was excited about) were fantasy-armour types. :/ BVH hasn't responded to PMs (from me, anyway), so maybe he's just taking a break fron R'osity for awhile. shrug
Thread: Banned Merchants? Deleted Galleries? Agonizingly Slow Site? Yep! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
So is this why 3/4ths of Baron Vlad Harkonnen's store disappeared overnight? I only discovered it last night, and was all "switch money to paypal", went to clear out my wishlist today, and poof... GONE! cry

Thread: Strange Head-morph bug | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks for all your respones, guys. Yes, it's P6 SR1. (I just installed SR2 last night - 28 mbs takes FOREVERRRR to download on dialup!) Anyway. I've never encountered this external morph targets issue, before. This is something I should turn off in the options, and leave off?

Thread: OT (ish) Gripe over deleted new threads.... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I have often thought that the entire forum would benefit from some further organization - mostly the very simple options that free software like phpBB has automatically... Bumping threads with new posts, icons to see if anything's been added, sub-categories like Troubleshooting, Rants, WIP/Merchant Resource, Freebie Announcements, whatever. Also, if there was ONE link for each thread, not half a page of the same subject line repeated, for every popular thread. Just little things that might help the site be more navigable. The Poser forum is one of the biggest, from what I've seen, and it's a great jumbled mess because its too big for its own code. I realize that the mediators probably have no control over such things, but, heck, I'd even be willing to help organize old posts into appropriate categories, to make them more useful to research (or start a repository for frequently asked questions?) sometimes doing a 'search' on the forum is less than helpful. Anyway, just my 2 cents.
