you can use wordpad
open the uncompressed file, do a search and replace all

hidden 1 replace with hidden 0
line will look like this

initValue -0.017

hidden 0

forceLimits 0

min -100000

max 100000

Thought it might have been the transparency.

Too bad there is no quality setting for transparency...or is there?? will scale down transparency maps..maybe play with settings.

is there away to set antialsing properties per object?

Poser on Vista does work fine, but this really depends on the graphic card you are using.
My first vista install was with and ATI X1300PRO.... poser would run... but there would be delays going from menu to menu... very slugish...

once I change video cards to nvidia...poser worked fine... no delays...

just curious, those who are haveing probelms.. are you using ATI??

Hi Susan,

I've had Dragon NaturallySpeaking for about two weeks now and I think it works great. Just for your info, I used Dragon to type this out. Well, there was no typing involved just speaking into a microphone. It will take a couple of days to get used to it, you have to train it to your voice and you can teach it new words. You do not have to speak like a robot for it to understand you, which is a bonus.

Carrara 5 Pro CPU: Athlon64 X2 3800+ (overclocked to 2200mhz) MEM: 2GB PC3200 DDR SDRAM Graphics: nvidia 6600 Time 9 seconds amd 3800 great chip with dual core... can be overlocked... also not very expensive...I think dual core is a must if you're working with carrara.. cuts render times in half

poser does create thumbnails for cr2... example would vicky.cr2 would have a vicky.png ... wich is a standard image file... should not be very difficult to read and display them as a library thumnails.. 2) too bad.. that would be nice! thanks for your help mark Nick

found it... if you log in to contenet paradise.. u have a maximim if 10 downloads... if you download it off the CL website it asks for a serial #... which can only be used once thanks.

i think it's your texture. Regardeless of the resolution you choose. if your source texture for v3 is of low quality, you'll have pixelation.

i'm not sure what people mean by the rigging issues with Jessi. Personaly I like posing her, her legs and hips don't seam to break apart like v3 does. I find they bend so much better. One of the real problems with Jessi I find is the default poses that come with p6 are very poorly made.. It's sort of like they took the default Judy poses and applied them to Jessi with out even bothering to check them out..
