Hi everybody Can one of you good people shed a little light on what's going on here? this pic is rendered in P6 on the 'Final' render setting with 'smooth polygons' ticked. The whole figure is 3500pxls high and 300 pixls per inch. This section of the picture is taken in Potoshop CS at 100%. WHAT'S WITH ALL THE PIXLES????? Thanks for any help

Its a JPEG. I'll try a TIF but it actually looks like this in the poser render window as well. Thanks templargfx

This setting: "300 pixls per inch." has no impact on the quality of your image whatsoever. Smooth polygons does not influence graniness. as with the other two people above, you probably rendered to a jpg saved at a low quality. Render to TIF as suggested and report back. Is the red lighting intended? ::::: Opera :::::

Under:
Render/Render Dimensions have you set your height-width and resolution?

i think it's your texture. Regardeless of the resolution you choose. if your source texture for v3 is of low quality, you'll have pixelation.

Yeah, I'm STUPID !!! Your absolutely correct guy's. 'Just saved it as a TIF from P6 and it's now just fine. Odd though, I've never come across this problem before and I alway's save as JPEG. (Highest res in PS) Thank's a lot for the help. Yes, the red light is intended, Take a look at the finished piece which should be in the 'PinUp' gallery by tomorrow.
