Hi PepBoy,
Not that I know of, but I do think that e-on's tech support has a way of logging onto a user's computer to fix problems. It cost money though. Best solution is to ask specific questions - i.e. are you getting an error message when installing?
Integrating with Max, that may be the tough part. I only use Infinite, so I could not help. Sometime it helps to post to the e-on registered user's forum and Cornucopia3D's forum too.

I will have to try this way. Hope I will get better results. So far nothing but crashes or nothing happens...
I watched a video over at http://takoyakida.webs.com/videos/GenX_Tut.htm. When I click on the Accept button, GenX freezes. I can only click Cancel and no files are created.

Vue 11 hasn't been completely updated for Windows 8 as yet. So after you've installed your new Vue 11 Artist product, right-click on the program icon and select Properties. On the Properties dialog, select the Compatibility tab.
Set the first option, which is Compatibility mode, to run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 7. Vue should run just fine with that setting.

You need the 3D import module and then there is a ton of free stuff for Vue. Using Frontier, anything you have in Poser or DAZ format can be imported, but really think about the import module.
