Hi Jeff, That was the first thing I did. Since I had not heard from them, I thought I would post the question to everyone.
Thread: HELP! I can't find any of my Poser 7 stuff in my new Poser 8 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hi Phil,
I found it! When creating a new library in Poser 8, you click on the add a new folder
icon and simply choose the Runtime folder (the folder with all the libraries, characters, etc.). Thanks for your help.

I agree with you. I got it last Saturday and I especially love the Setup Room. I actually to a 3d model and got it to move and bend. I am still working on this, but in just a little time I got great results. Good luck! Eric

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for the replies. I did all the above, but there is just one more step needed...you have to change the transparecy maps to "none", also. Without removing the transmap, the light will still show. Thanks again. I'm
glad I got that out of the way.

Hey, The hair is Daz3d's Flip Style hair for Victoria and the texture and transmap are definitely Kozabura's from the Digital Babes site. You'll find that site listed to your right in the Web Ring Top 15. Thanks for the compliments.

Hey Todd, I've already started. That's where most of my poses have come from. Have you seen my poses for Michael on the Fun Stuff Page?

Thanks! As far as the texture goes...I just airbrushed the beard on, using Corel 9. I then add a fur affect using EyeCandy plugin. Close up, it looks pretty cool! Also Tribe... Sure I will make the poses available if you think they will get used. Do you think people will be interested?

Thread: Rendering Zygote's Vicky in 3d Studio Max...HELP | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hey Brschmidt, I took your advice with working with Vicky in 3d Studio Max. I just get stuck with the Material IDs. When I choose the number 1, it selects the entire head, so then in the Material Editor I add the head texture. Then I select the number 2, in the material ids, and I get the lashes. When I add a texture to this the whole head changes. What am I doing wrong? Eric
Thread: Rendering Zygote's Vicky in 3d Studio Max...HELP | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hey Paul, When using the Material Editor in 3d Studio Max, I want to select the eyes, eyebrows and lashes, but they are all a part of the head. Where do I add the transparency map? Eric
Thread: Importing 2 .obj files, saving as 1 combined object??? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks for your response, but something is still missing. Let me give you an example: If I go to the Props in Poser and create a ball and a cylinder and combine them so that they are touching and then export them as a one wavefront object and then import them back into Poser, when I use the paint bucket, it changes the color of both objects. I want to be able to change each to a different color. I want to see material 1 and material 2 listed in the material dialouge box. Does this help?
