Thanks for your reply. I have looked at Facestation by eyematic and was just wondering how the two products compare. In facestation you can create with a video camera realtime facial motion capture. Now I don't expect Mimic to do this of course but I was curious how Mimic was in animating facial expressions.

Is there a particular kind of porn that would do better than other kinds? I am thinking that with all the great add-on characters there are a lot of possibilities with women and monsters, etc. Is Poser porn a fetish to its own? And yeah Farside, where can I see your stuff?

Yes, there is visualmarker software. Hold on now, don't get excited. Visualmarker requires a minimum of two cameras. Also when using it you need to keyframe every single frame. Still, it is progress over what was avalable a few years ago which was nothing. Also, I have to believe that eventually Visualmarker could evolve into something that could catch all of us by surprise someday. One person who is pretty up on this stuff is Andygraph. Hope you find this helpful.

Groingrinder, the daredevil films site has a number of links to download and they do not all require a high speed connection. Also, I believe the first Raven movie is available for download in addition to screening.

I am sorry to hear about your bad experience with DAZ products. I've bought a few things there and I would say the service was excellent. In fact in the past their tech support gal was a real sweetheart and even helped me with my Poser 4 technical issues. As for the new DAZ studio you are right on the money. Unless they've got something humongous up their sleeve that they haven't let on about this will be a real wasted effort that will achieve very little commercial success. They're not just taking on Curious Labs, they're taking on every other established software with a render engine, pose ability and materials palette (Maya, 3DMax,lightwave, Cinema 4D just to name a few). Just my two cents.
