I have used Blue Frog before. It seems to work very well. It DOES, however, use your computer to help in it's DOS attack. Take that for what it is worth.

My dilemma is that the head of the staff is supposed to be a (blue) light source. In full shaded mode, I'm getting some slowdown and i get frustrated working the lights. I'm thinking i need 1 infinte from above, a spot to add blue highlights to the figure and another 1 or 2 to drop some light on the scenery as well as 1 or two other spots on the figure (maybe a very lightly saturated bluish white from below and one front light?)

The pose is based off of one of the contrapostos with very little tweaking. The Staff is very specific and as an Electric Based Superhero (a MMO character), the Blue is required.

Excellent work. Perhaps you could try a flail (cylinder instead of sphere for the head. If only there were a Hexagonal cylinder you could even do a Tetsubo. Blunt Trauma RULES!

Yeah, and efrontiers won't let me download the patch. I thought tha maybe it didn't have my serial # on file because i hadn't registereed it (which should be irrelevant if you download the program from their website) but the registration screen says the effing SN is invalid. Man, I hate poser right now.

Doug, I don't get a right click menu either. Is there any chance that because I haven't run the updater there is a problem with my install? I also made the mistake of clicking on "add reflection" and now I get a "raytrace" in the box and a bright yellow danger triangle. I'm so unhappy right now
