@Umut I'm a first time buyer so I had to sent an information mail to the support with my member name, order ID and my real name. Everytime I'm recieving a mail that my message could not delivered.I recieved a mail from renderosity and paypal that the item is payed but I can't download it.

I have the same Problem. I tried to send the Information and I get no link. I only got a mail with this Message:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.gmx.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out
