I dont know what they may call a challenge to the TOS .He showed nothing because they were covered with censor marks These paintings are from great artists of our past . The really sad part is that he never really posted nudity in any of his images I remeber .So why the whole ban .Because he spoke his opinion and stayed within the guidlines ???? Or was it because he posted some one elses art .That will probably be what they say. Either way some artists are going to lose this fight because they have the big ammo .A delete button Peace Bobby

ghelmer Actually one was .Taylor777 posted an image with Mary and nude Jesus as a child with other works around it and put censor tags all over the images and it was deleted and now his gallery and profile is gone .
I understand the tos to protect children and I dont have a problem with that .But what I do have a problem with is so many images with fae's and children have been posted with class as art .Not child exploitation and they are being ripped out of here faster than anything and even artists being banned ??? That I dont get .Some of these images have been around since I have been here and now they are bad ???I agree with AB,Primal and svdl in what has been said .I believe that the moderators have a job to do and I hope that they use tact and judgement before losing alot of members .
Like I said before, that it is sad that a freedom is being taking away because of the 2 P's Perverts and Prudes.The line between art and porno has been drawn very close together .Artists and masters have been doing images like this from the beggining and now all of a sudden it is bad. Were has innocents gone ?? So what do we do ??? Whats next ??? Is there a common ground we all can stand on ??? I hope so Bobby Pacock

Sorry That you have been treated that way . I have found that every time I ask a question ,there has been many to offer help .Although I usually never come to the forums . I ask artists directly and I have learned a great deal from them and have gained some great friendships . This is a serious nature and I know I am really late on this all . I dont enter alot of thse contests because I think that there are many artists who just blow me away . But you are right .There should be a notice to an artist if they are in violation in any way .To give them a chance to change the image . I think that contest sharpens artists and makes them try harder . I know it has me . I believe that if a merchant wants to offer their products or purchase gifts from other merchants .Then why would that be wrong ??? It sucks that some realy great artists leave because of all the nit picking BS . I have never had any image removed from my gallery but was pretty pissed when one was moved to Product Showcase when it was free stuff that I was offering and I was asking opinions on how the textures looked . But I guess that would be a bit of nit picking on my part also . I hope that the moderators can get this straightened out so that we do not lose any more great artists and merchants from here Just my 2 cents Bobby

I have to agree with Bill and Steven SVDL . There is one size limit and if you do not exceed that then what is the problem ?? Also how is that cheating ones who pay for it .They could do the same thing also . It doesnt take up more space you just lose some quality to your image I dont see were there is a big problem and it seems to be abit nit picking if you ask me .Not hurting any one from where I sit .I see alot of Bill's work and his images are related . Just my thoughts on the subject

3 Primaltruck .Very festive and colorful 2 Bonbonish . I have always loved her style .Not your agerage poser image 1 Simdragon . I know there are no instruments but it is still a great image It was really hard to vote .Alot of stunning images .
