PS CS3- make your anim in layers, then goto file-export for web
many pallete options to choose from, preview your gifs before committing.
CS2 did the same thing, but in a companion program called ImageReady (I miss it!!)
One caveat: I can't get used to the new timeline system, so I usually switch it to the traditional frame animation system.
Is your copy of PS so old that it does't have an animation capability? You'll love this feature.

Iv'e had both the mouth AND the eyeballs do that, it seems to occur if you morph them.
PS
Hey Geep, how do we "re-parent" the inner mouth? There's lots of stuff in there, lips gums tongue etc.
The eyeball point at doesnt do that unless there are morphs involved, in my experience.
Maybe DAZ should rework V4, I really like this figure, but if you can't morph the face its useless to me.
sometimes I just make those mouth parts invisible, but don't open her mouth :O

Good point.
Actually, that thought occured to me, since I like eyes to look alive and often point them at the main camera by default, but thats not it. They stay put until I do a morph on them.
I must morph. Vicky is boring as shipped.

Content Advisory! This message contains profanity
In my opinion this whole thing about censoring nudity is a load of BS.
What people are creating here are works of ART.
Censoring works of art is the real obscenity.
Any one visiting a site that supposedly showcases ART should expect to see the nude human body on occasion, if it offends thier twisted sensibilities then fuck them.
Go to the Disney site.
Now there's a twisted view of reality.

Thread: what is wrong with this pic? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
That next image is much better.
Many people forget that dynamic composition brings life to an image, Forget that its a building, some walls and a few happy little grave stones.
Try reading some books about drawing and composition, even if you can't draw, the basic principles of picture composition apply to 3D rendering as well. Try squinting at the picure so that your eyes go out of focus, does it look like a grid? Boring. Note how when you threw in a little perspective, the diagonal directions added life to your rendering.
Remember, think Diagonals. Circles, motion, diagonals lead your eye around the canvas and invite the viewer to look longer.
And add corpses. Every good graveyard scene should have a few corpses tastefully strewn about.

Thread: Poser 7 revealed or Practical Poser 7? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
As a complete beginner myself, I have been totally lost in Poser till Lynda.com introduced the
new Poser7 tutorials. I have made light years of progress in just 1 week.
I finally GET IT. Working in Poser is a state of mind, and Lynda.com , although it is not as in depth as PP7, provides a solid foundation to build on.
I strongly recommend it to all beginners.
Yes it costs money to subcribe, but the first sections of every tutorial are free, so you can try before you buy
And if you subscribe (I've been a member for two years) you have access to the entire Library-
Photoshop, Flash, Illus, Dreanweaver, even itunes and much more.
I grew Hair yesterday! It turned out to be so easy I may custom make hair on all my projects.
PS. now that I have a clue, I will be getting Practical Poser7 soon. I had 6, but found it difficult because it made references to the EF Ref manual that were not even remotely related to the subject at hand. I suspect it was the ref manual that was at fault, because other tuts I tried had similar conflicts with the manual (poser6). Someone suggested that EF sent me the wrong manual, since they experienced no such conflicts.
PP6 seemed well written and I am confident I will not experience the same difficulties with PP7.
If I do, you hear from me.
