We answered in the B3D forum, but to wanted to make sure you know that our software requires an Internet connection for registration and occasionally after that for check-ins or it will not work. If you cannot allow an internet connection for the software to work when we will need to refund your purchase. Please let us know what you would like to do.

Please note that the our Free Trial demo does not have save or export features enabled. So, any work you may do in it would be lost. The perk to the give away was to attract a new audience of people who may never have heard of Blacksmith3D before and allow them the ability to save and export. Then, if they like the software, they could get the newer version at the discounted upgrade price. Even though the Standard doesn't have Texture Transformer, that software has a stand-alone version that can also be used on a Free Trial demo or upgraded to Pro.

The max size was copied off of a old contest template. If 1200x1200 is allowed now, then please feel free to make a render larger than 800x800. Yes, you can use the Texture Transformer to create a render for entering into the contest. The Pro-6 was on sale at the time of your purchase, so you could have bought it at the $104.99 at the time you upgraded. We can exchange the two upgrades you bought for the Pro-6, and then you would have the In-store credit. But, please note that right now you have a license for both the standard 6 and the Pro-6 and if exchanged for the credit those two licenses would be turned off for a new PRO-6 only license. That's probably the best way to go, if you have no use for both a standard and pro license. If you'd like to keep both (maybe gift the standard to someone?), then we'd be happy to gift you one of our Texture Transformer add-on packs. If you decide to gift the standard license to someone, please let us know who that is so that we can update our registration database properly to the new licensee

The coupon is not good on the bundle deal, and that was stated in the email. The email did not have images, but some people reported seeing the email with all the html tags instead of just the text. That is usually caused by how your email client is set. We hope to have some updated videos in the near future, but in the meantime, the videos for version 4 work really well for version because the user interfaces and menus are very similar. (just version 6 has more features). At least the version 4 will help you through many of the basics.

Your question/issue was answered in the Blacksmith3D forum, but I've pasted the info below in case you have missed it. Please note that forum posts are never ignored, and are typically answered in one business day (M-F), with the occasional exceptions being holidays, vacations, or for being sick. 

I'm sure you already have, but first please make sure that  you have extracted all the files in the zip with the "use folder names" checked. The file path structure is important to make sure registration works properly.

Then, ONLY put your version 6 registration key in the top 'registration' (first) field and nothing in the second "upgrade" field. That should resolve any registration issues you are having. If not, please send the details of your operating system along with info on any anti-virus, anti-spyware or firewall that you are using to info@blacksmith3d.com so that we can be of further assistance.

Thanks for letting us know.  It looks like one of the automated processes that runs at midnight kicked the sale off (because it was in other sales categories too), but it has been fixed and the sale is set again to go through March 31st.

I have verified that the coupon code B3D15OFF is working properly for all the Blacksmith3D products. Please make sure that there is not any spaces before or after the code, that the code is put into the "coupon" field, and that you press the apply button beside the coupon field.

 My apologies for not answering your recent SiteMail. I thought you were the same person who had emailed info@blacksmith3d.com on that same day and I am out on vacation for the holiday, so I am sorry for making that assumption.

When registering version 6, please ONLY enter your version 6 registration key in the top field and leave the other "upgrade key" field empty.  Please also make sure that there are no spaces in front or behind your key when copying and pasting it.
