PS there will be more updates coming, so there may be other instances where you'll need to update the cache again.
Thread: new poser manual not here yet. | Forum: New Poser Users Help
You shouldn't need to install anything. Just in case you are doing something different to open the help, here's how ...
There are TWO ways to open the Poser manual properly.
1. From the Poser application, choose Help > Poser Manual. That will open the Poser Documentation home page in your default browser.
or
2. Go to www.posersoftware.com. Click the Documentation link at the top of the page and choose Poser 13 Manual HTML.
If, after doing that, your browser doesn't look like the following screen shot, try clearing your cache again.
PS the copyright notice that says 2020-2023 needs to be updated so don't let that throw you off about the update right now. There's a snippet that I haven't caught in the docs yet it's on the to do list. 8-)

Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of where Cookie appears in your library runtime folder?

OK. The docs were recently updated. You will need to clear your browser cache and after that you should see search results correctly.
If you are using Google Chrome, clear the cache as follows:
There are three icons that appear to the right of the field where you enter URL or search term. The last icon is three vertical dots. Click that button. Then choose Delete Browsing Data.
On the next screen, a list of options will appear to clear out. By default all three are seleted to be cleared. Just accept the defaults and click the blue Delete Data button.
After that you should see the search work as it should.

The results will also be more accurate if you put the search term in quotes.

How are you loading Cookie? I'm assuming she is included in your DAZ content folder. More info would help us answer your question.
Do you also have that same Content folder added to Poser as an external library?

Have you tried adjusting the camera focus distance?
Or could it have something to do with depth of field?

Blender is not the solution for everyone. Don't assume those who don't use it are too old and lazy to leran it. Tried it and hated it. I'll stick with Modo or Cinema 4D.

If he's using Poser 13 he can easily install the content he purchased from Renderosity, using the Purchases tab in the library.
See "Installing from the Purchases tab" on that page.

Thread: Okay...am I stupid or something? My Clothing items keeps disappearing... | Forum: Poser 13
As I said I saw a similar issue making clothing for Dawn 2. What I eventually ended up doing is I "unconformed" the clothing, zeroed it, and went into the Properties palette to check all the conforming options. THEN I conformed the clothing to the figure.
Have fun! Let me know if that helps.
