Thanks so much for your help! Going to try the inverse pose thing.
I'm not doing a toe group, but these boots go all the way up to the knee, although they don't cover the knee. So no shin group either? But then what happens to the mesh with you twist the shin of the base character?.......
Thread: Cannot get intouch with DigiCalimero to download Wildhair extras | Forum: MarketPlace Customers
Hi,
Sorry about this, having some problems with the server and I'm not sure when it's coming back. I've messaged you privately with an alternate download link for the extras zip.
Thanks,
DC

In your Polymage_readme folder there is a text file with the link to the extras zip. If you don't download this zip you will not have all the rest of the fits and morphs for the hair.
From the product page:
Note: To limit the size of the zipfile this product has been split into two archives. The link for the second zip can be found in the Polymage_readme folder (WildhairMale_extras_link.txt)

You just have to re-download the same extras zip that you downloaded when you bought the hair. It's the same link.

Hi,
Glad you like it, I will upload it to Renderosity today and then it will take a few days for testing.

It works in IE6 as well, but what type of pop-up blocker do you use? I think that's the problem. The pop-ups are just standard javascript, but they do open from a flash file, so I guess that's the problem. You could just turn the pop-up blocker off while browsing the site.

Hi Kalypso, you can use Firefox to browse the site, the popups should open then. Also there are lots of huge renders in this thread: http://www.polymage.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=184

Wow, thanks for the kinds words serpentis! You can see from the textures it's easy to make your own color combos, just a matter of copy pasting really. You can also fade the colors into each other for different looks. Also you can color the roots vs tips since the strands are laid out flat in the textures. As I mention in the readme, to get the best renders you should render at higher rez than needed. The details are preserved much better this way.

Hi, I'm very glad you like it! Starkdog, this is transmapped hair, it does NOT use any hair features in Poser. So if you want you can render it in any other 3D program. It works in Daz Studio as well, if you look in the thread at Polymage, there is an example render in DS. In fact shadows look nicer in DS than in Poser. Scene navigation is also so much better in DS. Polycount is about 40 000, this hair has been tested on computers with as little as 512mb and it rendered fine. Lilybelles, it's just my store that's on sale :) There are other vendors on Polymage, but if you just want to see the items in my store, it's this link: http://www.polymage.com/store/viewprod.php?b=2
