The problem with PAL and NTSC is that they're both interlaced formats and as far as I'm aware Poser doesn't export fields. I export as PSD files, export this as a sequence into After Effects and render that using fields. This still isn't perfect, it can produce a lot of jagged edges and it's depressing the amount of vertical blur I have to put on to cure this.
