Hey!, first i wanna thx you all for the nice comments, i find them really rewarding. Aldaron : I intensively use the plop rendering but since this scene takes 24 hours to render (athlon 1900), even the smallest plop selection takes dozens of minutes. And, I am mainly focusing on the lighting for this scene so i need to have an overall feeling... Madmax : You are definately right about contrast, i think that is the main problem with this lighthing, I am already trying a render with more light comin fronm the windows, and thx for the pure white box tip , it clearly add some directionnal light feeling. Zhann, heheh, we make a point to have the garage cleaned and washed up every friday afternoon.... seriously, the place is way too much clean, but I just want to focus on lighting. AgentSmith : u are right! i plan to use some more saturated color for the body of the convertible, but i find it is easier to set the light with some white/grey objects, I might be wrong tho... Thx again .. I'll post next version sometime soon...

Mmmm thx for the comments This pix as been rendered in B5...no post work except the sig... Concernin the car body textures, i took screenies in B5, wifreframe front view and side view of the meshes i had to work on..and made textures with photoshop...(with the finger tool and the density tool...associated with different bruxh size).. The chrome texture is a bryce metal texture..I added some bump to simulate the "rusty chrome" effect.. The tire texture took me long to figure.so i used several map for the bump, diffuse and specularity (not much spec appearing tho).. i found the car plate somewhere on internet.. The car is from the bryce 2 CD and is a dataset from viewpoint... Weapons are from halflife and opposing force.. slightly modified and retextured, converted with 3Dexplore Sorry for the poor english I am french... Eidolon
