Btw, an American e-mail friend asked me if it's really a robin - well it seems that my english dictionary led me to a wrong translation; the little cutie on my pic of course is NOT a robin - in Germany it's called "Rotkehlchen"; a straight translation would make it a "Redthroat". Do you have such birds in US or Canada? (across Europe, it's very familiar)

Just bought an Olympus Camedia C-730 (digital); in earlier days I preferred reflex cameras (Revue) but the possibilities and the chance to save the costs of developing the pics finally made me turn to digital cameras. The C-730 is a very nice cam for nature and sports shots (10x optical zoom, 3x digital) and is really easy to use, so I frequently will post something here. :) Greets, Karsten

I love this movie... "Planet of the Apes" always has been one of my alltime favorites in the Sci-Fi corner. :) Nice pic, I think only the texture of good ole Lady Liberty (or what's left of her...) needs a bit tweaking... @agiel: This is exactly what this guy did; 2 of his scenes were changed so lightly that it was nothing that a bad joke to claim this his own works (in fact he has uploaded them on his private homepage - with "Design" statement, oh my god... - and claimes them there @2002 by xxx). and @Guitta - somehow I feel bad now too, because with 1 pic (and only this one) I was wrong obviously; the other 3 pics were deleted by this guy, after he wrote me 2 very upset instant messages ggg... we discussed it out and I think he won't do this again, so I won't mention his name now but I'll have an eye on further works by him g ;)) At least: he has my respect for deleting those pics, because the 3 earned 9 and more very positive comments and ratings, but the fact he deleted them from the Vue Gallery shows his good character, so let us give him a new chance, he did very nice pics of his own so far and as stated before, I'm very sure he never will do this again.
