Before close Carrara, always do "remove unused object" and  "remove unused shaders".
My two cents ; )

Have you ever considered Nvidia solution? I mean Gelato and GeForce ( or better Quadro GPU ).
They look promising.
Hope this could help

Thread: DIY Motion Capture for Poser | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Very insteresting project! I wonder if wearing a suit with different color for each limb could replace the use of reflective markers. The software should calculate the "bounding box" for each colored area and from that calculate the orientation of the limb. ( I know, I'm making things too easy!!! ; )Â )
P.S.
I suggest DAZ, as reseller.
My best wishes to yoshi-mocap

Thread: (OFFICIAL) POLL RE: BRINGING BACK SEARCH BY USER NAME | Forum: Community Center
I don't like this change, I would like to have the old forum and most of all the search by author: it's a vital part of the forum. I think you can adopt some other counter measure to avoid harassment.
Best Regards

Thread: A question for DrGeep on Wings tutorial | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Aarrghhh, I missed the tutorial continuation! But you know, if I were more clever, I would noticed the "THE END" absence on page 10! Now it's OK! Many thanks again, Dr. Geep! Fulvio

Many thanks for your precious suggestions, but I wonder why none of you have considered Carrara, at least its renderer is faster than Poser renderer... Hope to see your answer Best regards Fulvio
Thread: BVH - MoCaps - Bips Products | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Fighting sequences ( martials arts, Matrix style for example ) Normal behaviour ( take a glass and drink, take a book and open it, turn pages, open a door, sit on a chair, "inconscious" movement that we have when we have a conversation, etc. ): because they're normal and common actions, people have a particular knowledge of them, i.e.: a non-fluid movement/timing is easily noticed. A question: what is the application/system that you use to make the BVH - MoCaps? I'm trying VisualMarker but it requires a quite amount of job to follow manually the marker on the character's body ( and I still have to see the result i.e. the quality of BVH generated ) Best regards Fulvio
