Yamato, please contact us when this is ready. She's really great, and worth buying. I'd be interested in testing this for DAZ Studio.
Thread: HELP! Major problems exporting in Poser 4 and Poser 5 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
LOL A play on words there... BTW I AM saved, but you also saved me from tossing my PC out the window. Even P6 does this. You would have think they fixed it by now. Applied SR-1 no go. maclean was the one that pointed it out from the DAZ forum. Thanks again.

Thread: Looking for Vue help - Which version to buy? | Forum: Vue
I'm trying out V4 and V5 to see if I can see any differences as a new user. he first ting I saw was setting opengl was messay. The screens turned all dark and I had to turn off Enable background Draw Thread. Because when I moved the camera in the top view, it looked like it just made a copy and not moved it. When in fact, it just did not delete the old picture of the camera. Also, I noticed that when you created a terrain and applied a texture to it in the camera window, the terrain was still dark grey. V5 shows it as green (texture). Is this a setting in 4 that I don't know about? And the documentation that comes with the demo is not very good. I would have included more documentation to get the trial user hooked into buying it. Comments?

I'm just not impressed with Vue 4/5. Maybe it's me, but it seems hard to set up a scene. When you drop a plant, it sinks in the soil. The 4 views are nice, but rendering takes a bit longer then I thought. I'm using preview rendering BTW. It took me an hour to set up a quick tryout with a few trees and a rock or two. I'm not saying the program is bad, I'm saying I think there may be something better that I can find. I will say the top end renders are really nice.

What I found out about the difference is the display of the terrain. It's dark grey until you render it. No way to see the texture. Where in V5, the terrain shows up as a real green, or whatever. I'm set on opengl, and it's a bit funky to set up.

When I got Max, it was a long time ago when I was doing work out of my home and had my own business. Now I can't justify upgrading to the latest Max version. That's why I am looking at Vue 4 and Mover 5. I wish some 3D effects company would discover me. LOL (drool) Thanks everyone, for all of the input. I really am in your debt. I think what I might do, is buy Vue 4 and Mover 5. I see I can import and export 3ds and poser/obj so that should keep me busy for a while.

Yes blaufield. I agree. So far I am not really impressed. It looks like Bryce. I never liked Bryce. Ya can't do much with it except make forest backgrounds. I was going to get mover 5 too, but after learning animation in Max, I can composit them in MSP, and get the same effect. If I am missing something good, please tell me. Why all the hype about Vue? What is it good for except nature? Does it do good space scenes? Please tell me. And thanks so much for all the replies. :)
