I believe I responded to your previous thread. Please be patient – our developer is working on this issue.
Thread: manual loading into daz Studio | Forum: DAZ|Studio
That error comes up for one of two reasons:
1.) Items from the Data folder were installed in the wrong location.
2.) The file was missing from the original zip (the one you downloaded from Renderosity).
Look at the error message again. What path does it give you for the missing file? Check the product zip file and see if you can find it in that location… if not, you'll need to contact the vendor and let them know there's an issue.
If it is there, just move it to the right location in your data folder. That should solve the problem.

This bug is related to a major update last week. No worries – it should be fixed soon. :)
Thread: Why only Daz studio for content creators | Forum: DAZ|Studio
I'm both a moderator and a Daz content creator. This thread is fine as long as those who post here are respectful and follow the rules.
To answer OP's question…
I can't speak for all Daz creators, but I've personally never used Poser. It's not a question of one being better than the other… it's just easier to stick with the program I started off with.
That said, I have become more interested in learning to create in Poser. Character creation is my main niche…I'd love to see what I could do with La Femme and L'Homme.
In any case, every content creator is different. Some stick with what they know, while others branch out. You're right, though – creating content for both programs is beneficial all around and would certainly increase sales for those who want to do it.
Personally, I'd try reaching out to Daz creators you like. Compliment them on their work and tell them how much you'd love to see a Poser version. Some might prefer to stick with Daz, but you never know… you might inspire someone to convert a really cool product (or even a bunch of them).

As a staff member, I agree that this image shouldn't have been flagged. What saddens me is that the member took it as a personal slight.
Fairness is a huge priority for our gallery staff. We often have thoughtful discussions about which images should and shouldn't be flagged. That said, please keep in mind that each of us are checking dozens of images per day. No matter how careful we are, we're bound to make mistakes every now and again.
When this happens, it's simple human error, not a personal attack/intended slight. We also welcome (and encourage) feedback, especially over policies that seem unclear.
Again, I'm very sorry this member was hurt. I wish they'd reached out and given us a chance to resolve the issue, but for what it's worth, I've gone ahead and untagged the image. I do hope they'll change their mind about discontinuing their story – I'm sure those who follow it would love to see it through to its conclusion.

This should be easy to fix. Try the following steps:
– Remove Y and X trans from morph
– Export to Hexagon via bridge
– Zero figure in Daz
– Import (morphed) figure back into Daz
– Save as new morph
You should be able to overwrite the old morph this way. If not, there are a couple of workarounds – just let us know.
PS – I've had trouble getting help from the Daz forums, too. Glad you decided to post over here! :)

Congrats on the new PC!
I've had this one for about a year now and I'm really happy with it. I'll probably go up to 32GB RAM and a better graphics card when I replace it, but for now, it renders quick and handles all my different 3D related programs with ease. Happy with the brand, too – this computer is much less finicky than some of the bigger brands I've used.
