Hey Brainmuffin, 1) It was a post on the regular forum from some user. I don't remember who it was. It is basically a bvh file that you are supposed to take and create a movIe file from. 2) Sorry can't help you on that one. I created it with Ulead Media Studio Pro. Thanks Dave. juggler

JK, I am leaning that trick now. I hope to be able to do it within the month. I have been busy teaching myself VBA and have not been practicing lately. As far as using animations to assist in juggling yes i have begun to use it as a tool to see complicated juggling paterns.
