Quite good on that last. I think the easiest answer, of course, is someone who is good at writing; a person with good communication skills toward a professional application. But that just isn't any fun. ;)

Well, it's why we watch Star Trek, Ramnimus has it pegged there. Seriously though, this is extremely well written, and it makes an obvious point that noone ever wants to think about. I'd say we're awake to a degree if we know we're asleep, yes? But seriously, does anyone really have the capacity to fix any of it? Sure, we can be a bit more thankful for what we have, but to actually help anyone else to have more at our expense? I mean, seriously, if we're all Roberts, why didn't we buy Hoi Lee a bycicle? Do we care at all?

If you're using the symetrical latice in Bryce, which is what it sounds like you're doing, I guess you could use a boolean to remove part of it, but if you have 3D Studio Max, I can't imagine why you would be using Bryce's latice object. Just what exactly are you trying to model? 3D Studio has much better modelling tools availiable and can export to Bryce. Bryce is good for landscapes and not much else.
