Head Shop would do that for you. Use a quarter turned image of V4 as the input and Genesis 8 as target figure. The program generates a morph. You can just ignore the material it creates. The program also adds if you wish an extremely nice smile morph to the target. I usually tweak the morph that Head Shop creates and spawn a new full body morph. I got mine (for Mac) at DAZ.
I'll have to try out Head Shop.., This is how you generally get your custom V4 faces into Gen 8?

I can port the morphs over but i dont have experience with Gen 8 in poser
Would that process result in a morph target that could be applied to Victoria 8 (Poser and Daz)?

OK, got a Newbie question... What Am I doing wrong (see attachment)? I'm trying to use G8F (V8) in Poser, but getting an incomplete character when I load... 
I've tried to export Poser companion (CR2) files from DSON, and exporting via File... No avail...
