hey, i made it. i made an ok sub. but i need to make a texture on it. it look a little weird, but we can live with that. ill send u the link as soon as im done with missiles, and textures. =)

well. a submarine aint the hardest thing to model.. so dont wory. ill be done in not too long i hope. if not u want me to make it very detailed (fences on the deck and stuff). i dunno. well see. =)

i guess u can make a underwater athmosphere (u have it in ure athmosphere folder in V5I) and make a lots of small/big spheres with some edited glass textures. i think that would look good. lots of items tho. maybe make a alpha plane? hmm. you will come up with somethng. =)
bout the sub. its a bit ugly for now lol. got a cylinder and sphere and a subdivided rectangle, and some stuff for now.. i dont know exactly where the propellars are going to be yet, but the models are nice (took time).. ill try to hurry up finishing it.

ill make some missiles with the sub. im just a moddelin noob really, so i use anim8or. but my models usually are ok, and work just fine. ill publish the model in freestuff.. ill send u a message when i have uploaded them

i got vue 5 inf myself. anyways i make it for vue generally. ill make u 3Dmax and wavefront as well if u want lol.. im not sure how good it'll be tho. the propellers are smooth tho.. lol.. ill let u know mate. want some holes to fire topedoes from?

There is a pritty good tut here about water scenes.. not just bout underwater, but part of it. when it comes to the submarine model. ill make one, if i can make it. get right to it. =)

it were prewiev. but i have recently rendered a 1600x1200 with GI with the same results.. so its all over. i use the latest build from e-on i think checking build 275925. ill try the "enable sub rays" and ill come back and reply..

OK. this is my settings. i have not edited the material. just clicked "mirror" at a sphere, and then ok http://www.home.no/markusthaman/Vue/sphere.JPG now. this is the render. i have still done nothing.. JUST clicked the render button http://www.home.no/markusthaman/Vue/sphere2.JPG you see what i mean now? lol i dont have a clue what it is at least.. =/

its not just download. its everything that have a reflective surface. if i want a aliminium surface, and turn on reflectivity it just turn black. =/ i have no clue what it is

actually everything turns black, the moment its a biny bit of reflective.. this is maybe a eastier thing to find out of. i dont know. anyone does?
