That was me actually. It was just in response to the idea of the guy with the best HTML winning. Xeno, I agree with you to a point. In that it was "bigoted" of Poppi to state that all "conservatives" are bigots. I'm interested in hearing what your ideas on the actual topic were though. I for one, don't agree with racism/sexism/whateverotherism but don't see how censoring it out is a viable solution. I don't really agree with the sexual section of the TOS either, but that's just me.
Thread: Any Linux support? | Forum: 3D Modeling
I was sort of hoping for a rpm. Whenever I try to compile things even following the readmes I get errors.

" Thank you for posting this here instead of free stuff. If only everyone else would follow your lead I would never have to visit free stuff again!" -Ragman 7/9/03 "..You obviously don't understand my point based on your quote: "Sorry if it disturbs you that people want to give something away for free." Now where did I say that again? I think the point here is that this forum would be trash if everyone had the attitude that (another quote): "Personally I intend to keep posting larger pics than those itty-bitty thumbnails of my stuff when I feel like it." But that's just my opinion. I guess, Ernyoka, you would gladly give up good technical Poser discussion for a little self promotion. Now I know that that's you business, but it's going to affect me if I can't find answers to my questions because the forum's so bogged down under things like "look at this cool pic I made" or "look at my free stuff"." -Ragman 7/9/03
Thread: What is correct way to post an image? | Forum: Community Center
I understood what you were asking. I was just wondering if the only reason why you were asking is because you wanted it to say "image" in the title why you couldn't just type it in there.

As dialyn said, there's freeware you can use to make images too. Try doing google searces for:
-Apophysis
-Terragen
-Wings3D
-UltraFractal (Has a trial version)
Also, since it appears you're into modelling, check out www.rhino3d.com. It's a good nurbs modelling program that is really cheap, especially if you're a high-school or college student.
And if they ban you or whatever feel free to MSN/IM me at the_rag_man@hotmail.com or theRagman00 if you need help using stuff. If you want to make art you will make art.
Thread: Trying to stop ebot emails | Forum: Community Center
You're using the mail in Netscape 7.1? Under "Tools" there's an option to create filters. You can set it to delete all messages sent to you from the ebot. That would delete messages that people have commented on your images too though. I think there's some way to have it check the message after it checks the sender as well. You might be able to have it only delete messages from the ebot that contain certain words. Sorry I can't help any more than that. -theRagman

Or maybe submit reply works in a different way than preview reply. I don't think that it works in the title. Nevermind.

Very good. You might want to add the IP and username thing to the script that checks people's uploads too if it's not already there. :) I noticed that the same bug didn't work with that which is very good.

I'm not going to do it in this thread, but changing the location of the document definately works. There are absolutely no safeguards set up. I'd say that's a problem.
