I can't seem to get Morph Loader Pro to work with Genesis 8. I used all the same settings that I've used with the G3F (yes I know what I'm doing) but D|S tells me that the geometry doesn't match when I try to import a simple morph. Obviously there's some setting that I'm missing on export/import, but I'll be doggone if I can figure it out. Has anyone been able to figure it out?

Blender is a full 3D app and it's only limit is the person's knowledge using it. Poser has a more specific function and can generate some nice renders, but it has limits when it comes to certain things. There's nothing stopping you from getting Blender (it's free afterall), watching some tutorials, and deciding for yourself which one suits your needs the best.

I've been using this tool for a week or so and I can tell you without a doubt it will save you tons of time either modeling clothing or retopologizing sculpted models. It's still a young tool, but what it does, it does very well. I'm happy to support the CGCookie team by buying into this tool, because it will only get more cool features and continue to get better. 100% pleased. Now, off to retopo another dozen or so models.

Both of those cards are actually overkill for Poser, in other words, they would have no problem rendering in OpenGL. The general rule of thumb for video cards is buy the best card you can afford.

I don't know the specific character you're refering to, but over at Animotions.com there are a couple of Wolverine characters for your poser figures.

I must say, this is one of my favorite bands. I love the melodic vocals (both Tarja and Anette) coupled with the guitars. Really a talented band.

Little late with this, sorry: Operaguy -- Yes, you can render out sequentially numbered files in .png lossless formats (with alpha channels, etc.). Like RAMWolf, said, D|S's animation system is about the same as Poser's.
