Never mind. I finally saw that the main search field has a drop-down for the free stuff pages. And when you get your search results, THEN you get the checkbox selectors. It works, but it's a weird set-up.

I don't know if there is any formatting for the Matmatic code but here it is. You can get the non-Matmatic shader in the next post the same way but by copy-pasting into a text file and saving as *.mt5

Nope. I just opened the "BBGlossy.mm1.txt" file in the Matmatic Demos/Glossy folder, it looks exactly like the above screenshot. No indents, or tabs.

Also, try changing the filtering on the displacement to "crisp" or "none".

Don't really have an opinion one way or the other about the signature name, but the other words are just kicking in my OCD.

Positive displacement would be raised up off of the geometry (like raised letting). Negative displacement would be inset into the geometry (like engraved lettering).

So if your locker door was a flat plane, using a math node as DeathMetalDesk recommended, you could add a dent using negative displacement, and/or add the raised vents that school lockers usually have.

Not sure if I'm understanding what you mean, but when I'm doing a big render I set the display window to a ratio of my final render size. For example, 960x600 for the size you gave. That way there's no need to crop your final render.

Win 8.1 & 2012 - very probable since that info came from SM.

Win 8 - has no issues, I have been running 2012 on this box for over 6 months now with no problem. Just ignore the "upgrade to 8.1" prompt, & install the SR if you use IE11. (I stayed with IE10 since I don't use it Chrome)
