Oh man... make sure you've got a good pop-up blocker though, apparently they've added some nasty crap to their site... Haven't been there in a while, it used to be an excellent site. Too bad.

Best place to look is www.simprograms.com... they've got links or downloads for pretty much everything as far as tools for The Sims.Thread: Great resource for free Posette clothes etc | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
WinRar seems to open them just fine... dunno if it's available for Mac though. Also, WinZip 8.1 can open it, although it gave me some long filename errors.

Or Warlord, I hope... Your stuff is great, Ghost... You are just a WH40K machine!! Keep it up, and I'll keep DL'ing it... PS: more Eldar... ;) Banshees... Scorpions... Reapers... Oh my...

Woot! Excellent! That Sister rocks, and more Eldar will be awesome! I love your stuff...very accurate to the original figs. Keep up the good work! ELDAR! ELDAR! Have you considered doing some uniforms up for the different Imperial Guard regiments? I imagine the basics are already out there, but would need new textures for the most part. Catachans and Modrians would be interesting... And Tallarn Desert Raiders... Maybe I'll start hunting for props and clothing for that...

Right click the link, and choose "Save target As". For some reason the direct link doesn't work right sometimes on the free sites, but this will often take care of it.

The Sims skins are just like Quake skins... as a matter of fact, you can use Quake skins on your Sims. Could be interesting, since there are some bizarre Quake skins out there...

I agree about the sword grip... It looks a little too relaxed in the hand, while the arm looks too rigid. Maybe bend that elbow just a little, and turn the sword more across her body? Also, I would make the scabbard a little wider... Katana scabbards are usually wood, and are 1 1/2" x 1" oval cross section...Yours looks like a leather one, which was rarely used with Katanas since they were so sharp. These are all very nitpicky suggestions, like you said... looks fantastic so far though! IMHO, if you're not quite happy with it, don't just shelve it to move on... Keep at it until you're happy.
Thread: Is there a way to export geometry from quake or half-life levels? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I know the models for Quake# and Half-Life can be pulled up in Milkshape and exported in whatever formats it supports, but I don't know about the levels... I'd do like the others said, and check out the game sites... I know there is a big Half-Life Map Developers section on PlanetHalfLife, go to www.contaminated.com to check it out. Poke around the mapping sites, and you'll find what you need. I just play 'em, I don't build stuff for 'em...

Best place for shoes and clothing in one place is Poser World, see Web Resources. Make sure you look at Fairywoods too... A lot of the good hairs are in Freestuff, check it out... Also, look for Kazuboro's site, forget what it's called it's also in the Web Resources, for Kyoko's hair, used in the Nene models. Actually, just go through everything in Web Resources... I did, and I've got Hordes of stuff I know I'll use one day... ;)
