or......just merge all layers....not sure if thats good or bad...give it a go.

u need ps cs4 or up to do that..not sure if u can MAKE 3d models, because ps is mainly 2d pics.
however, u can colour models in 3d in ps cs4 and up. if u want 3d effects on text or obects, experiment with layers and blending properties for each layer.
