hi zacko (and everyone else) apologies if you found the image i posted offensive or in bad taste, this was not the responce i was aiming for. i myself was intreged by the discovery of the cat and also it's appearence and preservation. i shall leave the image where it is at the moment but if anybody else is offended i shall remove it. like i said before, i thought people would be interested in such a bizzare image. i do however find it very interesting that it would be this post that would cause the first negative reaction, after all there is a picture of a dead human body and a casket waiting to be buried. which some people may find more in "bad taste" than a mummifiedpetrified cat. apologies again n

some people can be so literal, the look of comic characters vary so much from issue to issue as it depends if they are drawn and inked by the same people. uk comic 2000ad is a prime example. their main characters have been drawn by so many different artists in so many different styles over the years. it's not so much about their precise "look" more so about the personality and feel of the character. tank girl however was always drawn by jamie, no one else ever. i can't cooment on the gen13 character as i'm not familiar with her. good luck broken with tank girl, i'm sure you'll be able to tame the wild beast. if you like jamie's tank girl artwork check out www.gorillaz.co.uk it's his and damon alburns new project. sorry for the rant - bArEfOoT gEn -

thanks for the comments!!! it's a bit nerve racking showing work in progress. i've wanted to do some sort of anime female character since i first saw tom woof's manga babe 1 character on the amiga. i toyed with having bigger "cute" eyes but as i was going for as close to photoreal as i could get (but still with an anime feel)i opted for what you see here. i will post more stages of my wip, i think i will release a version of her, not sure what format yet though as theres not much original poser geometry left. i'll keep y'all posted. - bArE fOoT gEn -
