Boy does that bring back memories. I remember getting a Sinclair dinosaur piggy bank and thinking it was the coolest toy ever. Couldn't have been maybe 3-4 years old at the time.

Amidst all this controversy, so far the site management remains silent on explaining how it could make a decision "for some time," I'm reminded of an old Lucy episode and Ricky demands an explaination for what she's done. Lucy hesitates and Ricky impaitently yells "Well???" Lucy then says "Well do you want it fast, or do you want it good?" If we're going to get an explaination (and that's a mighty big if), they're apparently taking their time to make it good. That's the problem with lies: you have to make them believable.
Thread: AOY Voting--Where'd it go????? | Forum: Community Center
"That's been the plan for some time" That's a legitimate excuse since there was "some time" there that Legume might actually win it. Remember: "...it depends on what your definition of 'is' is."

I suppose when the admins vote they'll have an old Soviet style ballot with one name on it? Isn't it a shame that we, the great unwashed, proved that we are incapable of voting the right way and had to have that taken away from us? This reeks more than a cattle barn in July.

Saw them and Grand Funk Railroad in concert a few months ago. Killer concert. You could tell everyone's favorite BOC song was "Godzilla" LOL

While we're picking nits ;-) The call letters on the side seem a bit large the W and Z look bigger than the I which seems big by itself), and seem to angle where the body of the plane gets larger.

Too cool! Your AOA package is awesome enough, but this is just beyond words cool! Thanks!

The way to resize Steph to accept Vicky's clothes is make whichever figure she is current, set Current Element to BODY, then change the dial setting for "Stephanie" from 1 to 0. She should then take Vicky's clothes with very little or no tweaking.

Something I'm curious about is when Vicky 3 is released, if DAZ contiunes doing what they have in the past, she'll be on sale. Would she be a further 30% off for PC members?

Well since they had garden tools as the freebie a few weeks ago I'm holding out for the big news to be the release of the Millenium Garden with the Millenium Gopher :-P

I've never trusted women that wear lots of makeup because you just don't know what they're hiding underneath ;-) I once actually worked with a woman that was attractive with makeup but I always thought she wore too much. She came in one day with almost no makeup and she was gorgeous! I was going crazy trying to think of a nice way to tell her she looked better with little makeup than she did with lots.
Thread: Legionairre | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
From what little research I've done the one done by Thip and Rena appears to more of a cavalry legionairre. The oval shield and breeches from what I understand was typical of Roman cavalry in the first century. The texture for the armor and helmet are more ornate than what would typically be seen being worn by a solider in the field though (not that I'm criticizing it mind you). Generally it wasn't until the later Roman period that the armor was mostly metal. Before that it was leather, leather with metal, or leather with mail. Anyone that's more informed than I am about it could dispute this but that's my understanding of it.
