Thanks! I think I somehow screwed things up with my initial custom install. I uninstalled Poser and reinstalled using all the defaults. I then made the second folder with its own runtime and have been able to install and access everything.

I did that, and all the proper subdirectories are there. I don't understand why the assets aren't showing up in Poser itself.

So I followed Phil C's steps above, and unzipping all the PICK content appears to have put everything in the expected folder structure. Poser 11 now will me add the "Extra Poser Stuff" folder as a library...but it has no content. I followed the steps exactly, but maybe I'm doing something wrong?
