Thanks for your help ... however, it doesn't seem to work for me.

If I load the saved VOB (area light sphere) as an Ecosystem object and then convert to a particle, the objects glow but do not emit light in the scene (see plane on the left in image below).

If I simply load the VOB into the scene as a single object, it does emit light (right hand side of the image).
See the example below. The sphere in the centre is an area light sphere, saved as VOB and loaded using Load Object. The plane in the left corner uses the same object as an Ecosystem object converted to a particle. All the light in the scene is coming from the sphere in the middle.
Maybe I missed something?

Cool ... I couldn't find it in the feature comparison table, but then it is pretty long!
Are you a Complete user or did this info come from a page I could look at?

Thanks - I couldn't find it at DAZ or on Google. Funnily enough, this version shipped with the C7 Pro demo, but not the release version.

That sounds right - the UV map has to be deformed too. I felt it was something to do with UV mapping, but it's something I am only just learning.

 Yes, I've tried that, as well as "Automatic" and "Flat".Â
UPDATE: This also happens with a built in Vue object (table + tablecloth).

Hi John ...
I sent a note for your attention on SmithMicro support, but one of your colleagues answered it with the standard information.
When you said "Let me know your Order Number or send me a Scan of your Box Front, and the front page of the Manual if you purchased it other than Smith Micro (e frontier, CP, or Smith Micro) and I will see what options are available." ... does this mean there might be some possibility of obtaining the old installation files?
