it could be "the Construct"
Push control G to hide it and try again. nope that didnt make nay difference i can cpu render but wanted to use gpu if possible - seems its not

thanks thats what i have done conformed every item as i add them - maybe try the other option on IK

thanks for that i already found the geek site and will be working through stuff there

any tips for quicker rendering of quality images or is it a case of playing with the settings to see what happens?
