bloodsong, what do you mean exactly by "leg ik chain"? concerning the influence spheres, it is a known bug that the joint center will flip and you have to set it back each time you try to modify them. anyway, modifiying the influence spheres is the only way to achieve realistic joints. I wish somebody finds a way to get around this. also, I am still interested if somebody makes a P4 port from the modified joint parameters P3 characters I posted on the forum frederic

again, image rendered in P3 with no touchup at all. the texture is from Yamato. The light enhancement in photoshop is a bit too clear I guess.

I bet the only way to get the toes back is to delete the custom geometries for the shoes in a text editor (rather easy but be carefull, unpredictable results sometimes). unless somebody finds a way to export joint parameters. thanks for your nice comments all guys there. I think that quite anatomical joints are attainable now just by using proper joint positioning and the power of the software. Is anybody able to make a P4 port w my modified character? I would love to get some news from that. also, I am tweaking a "mimi" model, this one I am sure we can port to P4 thanks guys

the pz3 is from poser 3 on a mac system. I guess you use a pentium based computer. otherwise it has nothing peculiar. I loaded the poses as images using the the frame editor (animation); Also there may be a problem with zip decompression on PC for files arising from mac (I just remember this right now). I have no other clue. really sorry. maybe somebody has any idea on how to fix this? also, any news from PC users, if anybody is able to make it work ? sorry again. also, I am working on another "fixed joint" character, is anybody have solutions for poser 3 to 4 and mac to PC conversion
