Have you tried reinstalling WinZip? What version of Winzip are you using? It could be one of the those to problems. Also not all the times will there be folder names assigned to the files. There might be some text file that gives information on how to install everything. Next guess, is see if when you go to export, you have the "use folder names" box checked.

Actually i've encountered problems with the export tool in Poser 4. I've found that if you export them using alot of Poser's objects and morphs as a 3DS file, 3D Studio will read it as an improper file format. For some reason,however, i can export a figure in a pose really good but if they aren't wearing any clothes. The only solutions I have found is one that might not be right for you.
