I had a similar problem a number of years ago. I updated my version of Vue and Skinvue did not work anymore and the author did not reply to my posts on Cornucopia. I then decided to see if I could correct it myself. Using a python decompiler I discovered that Skinvue.py contained absolute paths to the Vue program. I then manually changed the paths to relative paths and it then worked with the new version of Vue. I do not know what your problem is but you could try doing what I did

I have been using the program for 4 days now. At first I had problems activating it but by chatting with the developer on his website the problem was solved. New versions no longer give (a false positive) virus warning. The developer is very helpful and appears to be very committed to delivering a quality product.

As I said I have been using the program for 4 days and it appears to do what is promised. So far I have not encountered any errors. The program is also a godsend for me. About 2 years ago winzip (it may of course been me) trashed my Daz content and I did not feel like manually installing my non-Daz content manually, I am now doing it an enjoying it

I am sorry but I cannot bring myself to address someone as PaulHairy! I no longer think that the program is infected with a virus but unfortunately I cannot test it very well because pf problems with activation (I have sent you an email)

RabbitTail, Is it coincidence that you popped out of your burrow, joined Renderosity, and are full of praise for the program just 3 hours after my post about a possible virus? What do you mean by "it has more content than the demo and u can leave it overnight and all your conetnt is there in teh morning its great!"

A new version of Skinvue was released on 25 September or thereabouts. This version works (for me) with Vue 2015. There is a text file included in the download rar claiming to be install instructions. It seems to be complete nonsense to me. Merely copy/unzip the contents of the downloaded rar file into the Skinvue directory in the Vue 2015 program directory. Succes!

I have never installed Vueskin in Vue11 0r 12. I did install it in Vue 14 with the same results as you: "Error:wxPython not installed correctly or found. Please see the installation documentation". If I remember correctly the installation documentation said that you must first install wxPython which could be downloaded for free from Cornucopia. wxPython is already installed on Vue 14 and installing it again just screws up the original installation. I have previously had issues with the installation of Skinvue due to sloppy docementation. I now have the latest version which at last works in Vue 15. I will not buy any new releases of Skinvue - too much hassle. jifl

I did not know Corrie but unfortunately I will possibly not get to know her work as an artist. Unfortunately Renderosity has decided to drop the Memorials column and also the Member Search column.

 I do not THINK that you need to install Skinvue 8 before installing elite. The check to see if you are entitled to an update is done at Cornucopia. However there is one thing that you must be careful about. Cornucopia says that you must install python 2,8 before installing elite, I understand from another site (forgotten where) that it is no longer necessary and that it will mess up your python library.

Thank you. The problem was connected to the CMS. I deleted 4.6, turned off my virus software, reinstalled 4.6 as administrator. Still didn't work. I then stopped CMS, deleted the content database, restarted CMS and 4.6 and bingo the two problems were solved.

You should use search function to find if file is on system.  Also make sure Poser search depth is on.

Thank you. I assumed that that I only needed IM00016281-02_Victoria6PoserCF.zip  for Poser and when I loaded the other file then I did find the textures. I am still not able to load V6 but I will carry on trying and I am sure that I will suceed. Thnx again.
