I purchased several products and the funds have been taken from my bank account, but I see no way to download what I bought. There doesn't seem to be any link to download can anyone help? No one answers the phone at Renderosity.

Thank you everyone! I was unziping the files with a cheap zip program and they were going no where. I bought Winzip last night and followed the sugestions above. Now everything works perfectly. Thanks so much for the help.

Thanks all for the tips. I'm still finding it difficult to imagine that I have to copy and paste all of these files into several different directories. One of the problems I'm encountering is that a few of the software readme files include the directories that the files should be placed in, but the directories are for Poser 4 and some of them don't exist of Poser 5. Which leaves me guessing where to put things. I can't imagine that everyone who buys software here has to go through this sort of thing. I must be missing something.
