The FAQ's don't really answer the questions we have. Like where can we see all our former purchases. Boy I hope you kept a copy of the receipts.

Purchasing software by email....it must be 1995.

As a new or learner user of Vue, I would use the resources on the website a lot. It is unprofessional to expect us to read the Vue company's mind and be able to track down the PDFs. Also how do I know to email them to get activation. I guess I just object to all the mind reading they are expecting from us. Maybe they think they are going to buck a trend and sell software without a website at all.

Not being able to use software because the website has been down for a month, means that we can't use the product for commercial projects. It has been a month since the website is down. It's time to move on.

Can anyone recommend a Vue alternative, since E-on is no longer reliable?

Thanks for the update. I think that we should all be patient. It's too bad that they can't just take the store down for a few days and entice us with a gorgeous render like RDNA did a couple of years ago. When they finally we back on line over a month later, I waw so excited that I think I spend 100$.

But DAZ is too big for that. I'm sure that they are sweating right now. I wish them luck and will stop bothering them so that they can work on the store.

Does anyone know if the older products will be converted to zip installers?

Have you selected the V5 UV?

The hueristics engine Webroot also identifies some of the older installers as viruses. I turned the antivirus off, but they still don't install. I'm not sure how to proceed. I don't have any qualms turning the virus software off for daz installs, if that would work.  Now when I click I don't get a virus message, but they still don't install. I'm not sure what I am doing incorrectly.
