Well, I had no idea this group did this. I really appreciate the inclusion. With so many different artists, of so many varying styles, I'm feeling a bit elated that I was even noticed. Let alone included. Thanks all.
And to the others, who's works were acknowledged here, 'Great Images'.

3-DArena,
Much respect in your direction. Thank you for your insight and approach to this matter.
Klebnor,
As for my analogy, yes, it could have been far better, and normally would have been so. I attribute my weak use of such to too many long hours at work, coupled with the onslaught of irritation brought on by your 'high and mighty' attitude. I am not normally drawn into conversing with the likes of ignorance as I found in your post, and hope to never again.
But seriously, to call these artists lazy simply because they don't include something that you would like, was more than I could stand at that moment.

So it would seem that the laziness actually falls upon you. I've said all I shall on this matter.

Actually, if I'm not mistaken, the Vendor's 'readme.txt' file lists all of the files included in their product. Luckily for all of us, there is a link right on the products page that will lead you to this illusive file so that anybody who wishes can view just how lazy a vendor truely is.
How dare those lazy vendors hide this information in plain sight like that. It's almost as maddening as those lazy car manufacturers not supplying us with 4 spare tires in the trunks of new cars.

This sounds good to me. So what you're saying is that Poser 5 automatically locates your P4 Runtime Libraries. This is just great man. Perhaps I'll speed up my P5 aquirement a week or two now that I don't have to dread moving/reinstalling all this stuff.
I was wondering if this issue would be addressed by CL.
Thanks for clearing up this issue for me lordbyron.

yeah sure, you re-do them now, but the CD still contains the 'unfreindly' models. One you get them re-done you should put them on a cd, or else pray you never need to recover from the original CD. (!) Perhaps after re-vamping these models to better suit the Poser application you might be able to contact the folks at Dedicated Digital and work out some kind of deal with them to get any future CD collections at a reduced price in return for the 'fixed' models from this CD. Thanks again for your help and effort.

Damn.............. I don't think I'll be buying this CD collection. At least not for use with Poser anyways. Perhaps I'll wait till I get $495 and get the De Espona 3D Enciclopedia 9 CD collection. Marge: How can you not regret the purchase if modest movements produce such horrific effects? Marque: I appreciate you taking the time to render and upload these images for me to see. I don't know how many models are on the Cd, but for the money being asked I would think that functionality of the models would be of more concern then the textures. Bummer......... I was really kind of wanting to get this CD. I'm always on the lookout for quality animal models. Anyhow, I appreciate your responces. Keep it frosty! proteus

Masha, I'm here in the states, have DSL, and am having the same problems. I doubt it has anything to do with your Down Under connections.

Spyder97526, First off, Flash MX is not confined to 12 fps. You can alter it in the Modify menu. Go to Modify>Document. You can change the frame rate in the newly opened window. Concerning the pixelated and crappy looking AVI that's as slow as sludge: This might have to do with the codec, and it's settings, you are using for the compression. Good Luck
Thread: Bondage | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
If your image(s) of bondage do not qualify as 'acceptable', for one reason or another, you might try Renderotica.com. But I believe if your images are 'tasteful' then you should have no problem. If they venture into pornography, then perhaps it would be best if you tried another place, such as Renderotica.com. Hey, I'm all for freedom of speach and expression, so long as it does not become hurtfull.

Bondage..........oh my, er........ummm............woohoo!! I, ahhh.........well now..................bondage you say? Tastefull bondage, or like heavy duty far-out erotic to the core kinda bondage? I mean would Betti pose for these bondage shots, or would like my neighbor pose for them? Hehehe..........sorry, the kid in me has snuck out again. Funny how little things like bondage do that to me.Seriously though, RiffUlven, the T.O.S. can be found at

A Classic styled space scene.
Here's what I believe I would do to enhance this image.
First thing I would do is to give the planet's 'Outer Atmosphere' a bit of a glow, but not too much.
Second things would be to replace the shadow on the planet with one that is cast by a sphere, (another planet).
And I would attempt to give the craft some lighting that is more natural with regards to the shadow on the planet.
But if this shadow on the planet is from the craft, then I would choose to do away with the craft's shadow. This would get it closer to what would be considered more realistic in my opinion.
Oh yeah, I would try other starry backgrounds. Some that were a bit more 'in focus'. And maybe selecting parts of the craft to emit light like windows or cargo-bay doors. A sutle glow from the engine exaughsts.
I like that model craft. It has some nice details as I remember.
Keep up the good work. I'd like to see this when your done and it's no longer a WIP.

I too have recieved such e-mails. 6 of them at 8:53 a.m., and 6 of them at 9:40 a.m. Apparently I have two accounts (?). I sort of forgot about the old account till now. "HEY RENDEROSITY STAFF", hehehe, "Wuz up?". Me thinks there's a glitch, (or a ghost), in the machine. Well I guess it could have been worse. They could have e-mailed our user:pass to somebody else. Take it easy yall, -proteus-

egru, To start with I didn't make that Patch_Face.avi. All I did was supplied the link to the site that has these types of tutorials. But hey, thanks for thinking I could do something like that. ;O) About the Codecs used for decompression. (?) I'm not what you might call an audio/video geek. All I can tell you about this to try updating your Win. Media Player or visit Divx.com for the latest codecs. (Patch Face plays on my machine)
