Hi Hartybart, thanks for your answer, I don't know exactly what Gmic is for, but there are some python and machine learning libraries that allow low level image editing.
I believe that in the not too distant future it will be possible to make a fast rendering of an image and increase its resolution by using AI.

Thanks HartyBart, could you please show me how to do it?
I made the mistake of saving each scene in a different poser file, so I have to open the files one by one and adjust the render settings manually and that's a big waste of time.

Thread: How to mirror a light | Forum: Poser Python Scripting
Thanks Adp001, the solution is pretty good, but it fails when using HDR, IBL lights or image based lights because those kind of lights contain a texture attached, also I noticed that it doesn't copy the params where the color picker is used like Color, Diffuse and Specular values.

Thanks for your answer Structure, the code works fine as long as the light parameter Zrot is 0, in cases where Z rotatation is different from zero the results are wrong.
There should be some way to translate any light position to one where the Zrot parameter is 0 and then run the script, but I haven't figured out how to do it.
Thread: New Poser Release - 12.0.619 | Forum: Poser 12
I installed the new Poser release I try to open a Poser file and was working fine, but when I enter the material room it crashes when loading textures. I'm not sure why but think it crashes when for some reason it cannot find or load a texture or something like that.
Has anyone else had this problem?

How do you add libraries? Are you using the add library icon? I never had them disappear in P12 either using the method that is standard. And may I ask why the need to edit the library prefs file?
I think it's much more practical to edit manually the library prefs file, this way I can add libraries from older projects in just a few seconds.
Thread: The External Library Setup And Poser 12 | Forum: Poser 12
I have the same problem, I have not been able to edit the poser 12 library file manually as I used to do in poser 11, for some reason it doesnt work and that is very frustrating. Has anyone been able to fix it?
Thread: How to mirror a prop hair | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

One thing you can try is to set the x-scale of the prop to -100%. (Or if it's already scaled, set it to negative whatever the scale is. -120%, whatever.)
It will look weird in preview, but usually renders all right. You may have to force normals forward or check remove backfacing polys.
There's also this program from Dimension3d:

Content Mirror is a standalone program, so no worries about Python versions. It is Windows-only.
It's really easy to use, and the results are great. I mirror hair props a lot, and I think there was only one that didn't look right when mirrored with Content Mirror. It keeps the morphs and all. It will also mirror clothing.
thank you so much, I'll try it.
