We had some server issues this weekend and I think that caused some problems. I checked and we have 2 submissions from you and we have received both tifs and jpgs of each. We expanded some of the bio and looks like we did not change it everywhere.... yours is fine. We are asking for fresh content that is not printed/published anywhere else that would be until it is published with us...then you can do whatever you want with the image after the book is published...Spring 2006. thanks tammy

I have included the link to the book if more information is needed. It is not a subscription fee it is an submission/entry fee. This is a standard practice in the art world for art submissions whether it be print or gallery works. So if you are interested in entering your work for the book, there is a submission fee. This does help pay for the programming, processing, marketing, and printing of the book. Plus all participants will be eligible to receive a 50% discount from the retail price of "Renderosity: The Best of Digital Art" when it goes on pre-sale in 2006. Ironbear, By definition as she as already communicated ... A community manager oversees the community side of Renderosity (which excludes the marketplace). That means she is responsible for building and working with the mods and coords to; -Identify areas within the community that need improvement. -Monitoring and managing the areas within the community such as forums, galleries, tutorials, chat, etc. -Improving the communications among the team and the members. She has a big job --- one that is somewhat organized but needs a lot of work. So give her and the team some time ... all of this is not going to happen over night. She does however have an excellent team of mods and coords to work with so that is a great start for her. thanks tammy

thanks everyone for the comments... she moaned - one of those growls like go away and what are you doing with a camera. something like that... my response to her was to lick her nose. she just loves it even more when i do that. :) but dee you are right... she did pull the covers over her head and eventually woke up about 30 minutes later. oh, she is spending the night with friends this weekend and doesn't know that i posted this... i can hear that as well because she is in the stage of makeup and can't be seen without any. :) but i just loved the image and the softness it presents. tammy

yeah, you are right. anyone can add an event to the calendar. just post your information, conference, show, whatever - art, writing related. you just click on the date of the calendar and it has an add an event link. it gets pended to be reviewed then released. thanks tammy

it is a combined feature... webring/sponsor/referral/partner program. :) not sure what to call all of that. could be that we need to rename that area. but i understand what you are saying regarding the webring. i did not hear from indepth and have removed them from the referral listing. i am continuing to work with 4F-Creations. they made some changes on their server and are trying to get those corrected. thanks tammy
