Had to stop and go out, came home and tried to download again and it's back to "download pending".  I used 3 different browsers with the same results.

Got it, thanks.  Seems it took a while for my bank to clear the charge. 

Sigh, sorry.  I upgraded from 6 not 7 and I don't have those.  I do have a tomato plant that does work but not the others.

I haven't run into any problems yet, but I did go into my account purchases and reset whatever was locked to the new version and re-downloaded/installed them.  Everything else seems to be working fine.

Yup!  Glad I did.

Mine started doing that just before the graphics card died.  Got a new one and no problems.

Warren, here.  But just about all my family is on the West Side.  Grew up in Detroit, when it was still o.k.,  Plymouth Road and St. Mary's.  Looong time ago.  lol

I have both P8 and DS3A.  And Carrara and Vue.  If something won't work in DS because of materials, I just use whatever DS shaders I have (a ton of them actually).  Same goes with Carrara and Vue.

I am just so grateful to vendors for the modelling (can't do it to save my life), that I just don't care that much what it's made for.

I just use whichever program seems best for what I have in mind.  They all have their weak and strong points.

Here in the Detroit area, northern burb, just got a little, changed to rain, wind kicked up something fierce, and just holding my breath the power stays on.  Last winter we ended up finding a hotel with generators for three days.  Thankfully we could afford it then.
