I didn't want to post more older images to this Contest, but let me make the last exception... I did this pic together with Papu, when she visited me recently - it was a real fun to do it! We wanted to tease the viewers a little bit, so we choose the part of the pic that - ehm - doesn't look apparently masculine... with the result, that the possible admirers of the male beauty were not directly attracted to open the pic by watching the thumb... I think it was a bit confusing, so I'd like to give that pic a second chance... What do you think? :)

Hello Emily and thank you! wink We were talking about the stuff with lack of good clothes for Mike just today, with cherokee69. Maybe some more attention to this half forgotten figure (yes, I'm still talking about Mike) would help a little. Let's start rendering our contributions for the contest now... So far, we can make Michael more or less scantilly clad. Honestly, I prefer him this way... ;)

I think I'm missing something. I'm one of the few artists who have been posting male images here on Renderosity for some time. There are over 70 pictures in my gallery, most of them are males. Considering the work of other artists working with males, there are hundreds of male pictures in the galleries. And still I can read from time to time some comments on some artist's work, usualy doing a male pin up just for a change, in style with: "Oh my God, there ARE some pictures with scantilly clad males here on Rosity, I can't believe my eyes, it was right on time to show some men here, etc, etc..." These people are usually not commenting my work, and probably not the other artists' with mainly male pics either. There is only minority of us, posting male pin-ups, but if you make search for all the pics with Mike or Dork, you'll find out that it's actually not so horribly bad. I surely don't think men are ugly. That was the silliest thing I have heard. I'm gay, so for me it's pretty natural to work with Michael. But just for the fact I'm gay, I'm not avoiding working with Vicki or Steph. So why there is such a fear for using Michael in a picture? I can't agree that the huge amount of Vicki stuff is caused by men making pictures for straight male viewers. Correct me if I'm wrong, but in my opinion the biggest part of Vicki users are straight females. Why? I don't know. Why aren't they using Michael more? I don't know either. I have heard some comments from girls about male body, used in 3D, beeing too strange, unknown, different, unromantic, etc. Could this be the reason? Again - I have no idea. Ok - let's have some male pin-up contest... June is a perfect month for such kind of fun! :)

Only the faces? I think there is more to find in your BB package... ;o) Reveal more, please... And btw, the face on the render in the middle is a killer!

Tony, the rejection of your pic was a too bad act, but on the other hand, I think you could take it as the highest compliment... Let me explain this: those guys have happened just to stay close together in the shower. If your work on their expressions wasn't so good, there would be no suspicions about the nasty thing they was about to do, in the mind of the rejector. So, it just confirms your work was good! So, keep up the good work... ;o)
