One of the problems that I see is if like me and vue 5i (that has allways worked for me without a problem no matter how big or small the scene or what I used in it) when a lot of other people where having problems I tried to help but I could not replicate the same faults people where having.
At the time as well as trying to replicate the faults other people where having I tried all day one day to crash vue5I but could not (and on less than 1gig of ram at the time)
In the end I was called a liar to shut up and go away. How do you think I felt about that!
The result is now I very rarely post or try to help anyone with there version of Vue, is that helping the vue community!
I understand peoples frustrations when vue or any program is not working as it should but sometimes just sometimes things do work right and maybe just because someone comes along and says "my version is working ok" that they should not be slamed straight away.
Wishing you all get working versions soon.

Thread: Getting reamed on the boxed version?? Vue5i+Vue4Pro owners please respond. | Forum: Vue
I'm just starting a new project will be using cinema 9.6 (soon upgrading to version 10) exclusivley for this, will take between 3-4 months to complete.
So I think as I'm working on this I shall be thinking about vue 6I and make my mind up, but I can say now that I am not impressed at all.
I think my time with the vue line has come to an end, but who knows maybe in a few months I will change my mind.
In the meantime.
Cheers and happy renderings.

I also think you are correct, I was under the same impression about the Vue4pro + vue5I as yourself and was waiting for the boxed version deal.
Very sad to hear that e-on are not going to stand by what they have said in the past or at least the impression that they put out at the time about users who have both these versions of vue.
While I can see many great images done with vue 6I I am giving some very serious thought that myself and e-on have come to and end over this. (I have all versions of vue from 3 to 5I).
Never thought the day would come when I felt like this as I have always been positive about the vue line of products (after all we have all been through) but now?
Thinking hard about vue now.

Thread: Download 1.3 GIGS?? I am about ready to get Vue 6 | Forum: Vue
Me to I am waiting for the boxed version.
I wish e-on would change their mind on this issue and let us download the pre now then let us order the cd's and manual later as will not cost them or us any more than what we are doing now.
Cheers

Delete the node that you have highlighted (leave the color node conected) and connect the transparancy tab (on the bottom tabs to the right of the color node) to the picture connected to the color node.
