Subject: DAZ Dinos

hi Just wondering what the quality of the daz dinos are like! as I will be putting together an animation with such, I need some good quality dinos, anyone have any experience with them. many thanks. videodv.

In my experience, a few of the older ones could use a refresh. I haven't bought any of Vairesh's, don't know about them. Digital I's Apatosaurus is excellent as are Gorodin's maps. iw43d has an excellent dinosaur pack which is of great quality right down to the textures. hth

Don't forget the Velociraptor - Pro Version by smac, here in the Marketplace. Makes an excellent replacement for that spindly-armed mutant that currently resides in your Poser library.

FYI, the iw43d.com dinos (mentioned in post #2 above) are on sale this week. All of iw43d's Poser models are 50% off this week. (I think Dec. 12 is the cutoff date.) The sale prices don't show until you put the item in your cart, but it's a really good deal. That cool T-rex that lists at $15.00 can now be had for $7.50! (And no, I don't work for iw43d or anything. I just read their announcement over in Product Showcase.)

Yep I brought the dino pack, and I will be looking at buying/downloading some more of there other stuff too as they have there sale on at the moment. videodv.
