..both apps have pros and cons. I think its easier to get nice looking results in Vue, espercially athmosphere/sky. but Worldbuilder has also some great advantages: - you can make custom plants, dont have to use the default library (although its not easy to make your own plants) -you can animate grass, plants trees, gently swaying in the wind or shaked by a storm -WB water is able to recognize objects swimming in it - and makes the waves! and some nice features more (scattering of objects and plants depending on the landscape for example) As you see, it is very powerful, but not as easy to use as Vue and even more unstable than Vue. I like both apps ;-) best, Walli P.S I made a little animation a while ago, most of the outdoor scenes are made with WB. It were my first steps with WB, so with some experience.... here is the link: http://www.ddd-world.de/videos/LarryLotter_divx411mp3.avi (its in DIVX 4 format)Thread: Vue 4.05 Final Available | Forum: Vue

hi, I also made some tests, so if e-on is still looking here ;-) my specs: Win98, 256MB 866MHz, ATI RAge128, used the full update what seems to work: -I found no transparency problems bug: - invisible interface when you try to load - cant render to disk - no import of objects, doesnt matter which file format (most of them worked fine with Vue4.02) best, Walli -Thread: Competition | Forum: Community Center
...well, in future there will be an english version too. But I think looking at pictures or doing a download should be able without speaking german ;-) Greetings, Walli
