I think the hourly chat refresh should be added again. It's clear 'rosity can't keep the chat running, meaning it's down more than it's up ever. So, until fur learns how to fix the thing (if that's even possible), you should put the chat refresh in again. It's better to have the refresh then no chat at all.

I guess the incompetence will continue, which is the true motto of Renderosity. :-)
